Exchange Policy

At The Old Factory House, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to fix it. Our exchange process is simple and hassle-free.

When Can I Request an Exchange?

You can ask for an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your product arrived damaged
  • You changed your mind and the item is still unused and in its original packaging

 

How It Works

If you’d like to exchange a product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can email us at olfactoryhseperfumes@gmail.com or contact us through Phone/WhatsApp at +92 333 3417046. Don’t forget to include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Once we approve your request, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the product is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging. We currently do not accept exchanges for items that have been opened or used.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

After we receive your returned item, we’ll process your exchange within 2 to 5 business days. You can choose to receive a replacement product or store credit — whichever works best for you.

We do not offer refunds at this time.
